- Send your images and ideas to our designers to check the image quality and create a printing mockup.
Please send the images to the following email: info@maker-workshop.com or Whatsapp - Check the printing mockup / retouched graphics from our designers and confirm the preview before the payment.
You can change your ideas and/or images in case the visual outcome is not as desired. Our designers will try to create your favorable design (if possible). - Settle the payment after the confirmation of the printing mockup / retouched graphics.
Once we have confirmed the receipt of payment, your order will then be proceeded. The production lead time is about 5-7 working days
And, you will receive the custom products at your place or pickup at SF store (for HK customers).

Payment Method
Upon placing your order, you will instantly receive an email having your order details, including the total costs. Only upon receipt of your payment, will we continue to process your order. You have the following two methods to pay: payment with Bank Transfer or your Credit card:
Bank Transfer
For Hong Kong customers, we also accept bank transfer from HSBC & BEA. The bank account information of the bank transfer will be shown after the order is placed. Please send the bank slip to us for reference, after your bank transfer payment is done.
Credit Card
We accept Credit Card payment online (VISA & MASTER). We use PayPal as our payment gateway. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still settle the payment. All sensitive information – credit card number, security code and expiry date will be passed to PayPal directly without being saved on www.maker-workshop.com.
In case we have not received your payment within the 5 days after your order, your order will then be canceled. Regardless of the payment option chosen, we will send a confirmation by email upon receipt of your payment and subsequently when your order is being shipped.
Payme
You can use the Payme app to transfer the order amount to the following HK no.: +852 9502 8914, and we will check the transaction record & get back to you. You can also screencap the transaction for our reference, by Email or Whatsapp.
